By delightful happenstance of timing, we are able to include a Neptune Canada user workshop on our tour schedule. Their project vision bears strong similarities to the OOI vision. While they are working on a smaller scale, they started several years ago, have instruments in the water, and are working with science users to further science.
So we are here to learn from Neptune Canada mistakes, hear what users of an active observatory have to say about their experiences, and to extend the existing relationship between Neptune Canada and the OOI.
